1. How did you come up with this idea?

-The art of turning china pieces into jewelry has been around for several hundred
years.  In the early nineties, we came across several different versions and immediately fell in love with its
beauty.  We then taught ourselves how to fabricate our own pieces and designs and took the concept in a whole new
direction.  We are proud to be among the few who have found a creative voice in the repurposing of old china.

2. Can I use my own china?

-Absolutely, please see the custom tab on our home page.

3. Do you have a store? How can I shop?

-We have a showroom in Houston, TX, however, we travel four months out of the year, so please call ahead before you stop
by.  We also come to you; please see our show schedule for upcoming markets.  Also, join our email list to be the first to
know about events in our showroom and sales on our website.

4. How do you care for it? Will it tarnish?

-Sterling silver will tarnish, but will polish up with little effort.  We recommend using a silver polishing cloth, but storing your pieces in an
anti-tarnish jewelry box or plastic bag work best.

5. How durable are your pieces?  Will the silver plating hold up?

-Our pieces are quite durable, remember, they had to survive a saw and a grinder before they were set.  The china pieces are protected and incased in
their setting and will not crack or chip with normal wear.  Our silver plate is of the highest quality and thickness and cannot be polished off.

6. Can a ring/bracelet be sized to fit?

-Yes they can, any jeweler can make the adjustment.  However, for a fee, we would be happy to size it here in Houston. That process takes approximately 4 weeks.  Please note when shopping online for a ring, most customers go up ½ size due to the width of the band.

7. What is your return policy?

-We will happily accept returns or exchanges within 90 days from your date of purchase with receipt. 

8. Do you do wholesale?

-We do, please contact us directly for more information.  Our office number is 713-996-8995.

9. Do you offer gift certificates?

-Absolutely! You can purchase online in any increment.

10. When will my order ship?

-Generally it ships in 1-3 business days.  Different shipping options are available at checkout.

11. Do you buy china or take donations?

-For sure! Please email a photo to info@chinabaroque.com and we would be happy to take a look.
